DELIVERY
The orders will be processed within 7 days from payment. I will notify you when your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking number.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the purchase.

IMPORT CHARGES
Please be aware that if ordering from abroad, shipping may incur some import charges. The buyer is responsible for any overseas custom fees and taxes and I do not cover any of these charges.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
REFUNDS
You can return the order within 14 days from the receipt, as long as it is undamaged and in its original packaging. Please, notify me with an email. I am not liable for any losses and do not cover the return postage. Upon receipt of the return, you will be refunded the full price you paid for the print, minus shipping costs.

DAMAGES
Any damaged item can be returned for a full refund or exchange (if available). Please, get a proof of postage. Note that due to the handmade nature of linocut printing, small imperfections and irregularities from print to print are to be expected - in fact, they add to the charm and make every print unique.
